Shiksha Sudhar Samiti Himachal (SSS Himachal) actively promotes holistic health and well-being through our Free Yoga Camps in Ispur, Himachal Pradesh. These camps are designed to bring the ancient practice of yoga to rural and underprivileged communities, helping individuals improve their physical fitness, mental clarity, and overall quality of life.
Our yoga camps provide a peaceful and inclusive environment where trained instructors guide participants through traditional yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
